  • We want you to have the best experience when you visit us. The guidelines below will help you to achieve this. 

  • To ensure you receive all your valuable treatment time we ask you to arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment to allow us to record your details. 

  • As a courtesy to all our guests we do operate a prompt appointment schedule. A late arrival may mean that your treatment time is reduced, but you may still be charged the full price of the treatment. 

  • Please note all beauty treatments include a short turnaround time. Allowing time for your consultation and advice.  

  • Data Security – Personal details taken from clients will be kept secure in the strictest confidence (see our privacy policy) 

  • We understand circumstances may arise that are unavoidable and cancelling your appointment may be necessary. If you cannot keep your appointment we require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule single appointments. Less than 24 hours will result in 50% charge and less than 12 hours will result in full charge of treatment price. For some lengthy services we may require a deposit prior to booking. 

  • In order for us to advise you on the correct treatments, could you please make us aware of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your treatment options at the time of booking. 

  • Doctor’s approval will be required for clients with high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, epilepsy, diabetes or cancer. 

  • Your therapist will carry out a personal consultation with you to ensure your visit is personally tailored to your needs. 

  • Remember to bring suitable footwear for your pedicure treatments. 

  • We ask that wherever possible you arrive without polish for hand and nail services. 

  • It is helpful if you can arrive for your facial without make-up if possible, allowing you more time for your treatment. 

  • Many of our treatments require the removal of jewellery. Please ensure you have all your valuables before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items. 

  • To make the most of your time and to respect other guests, we kindly request that mobile phones are switched off at all times. 

  • Gift vouchers are available for all of our treatments. Should you not be able to decide on a treatment we can leave the choice open by putting an amount. Our vouchers have an expiry of 6 months and can only be extended under certain circumstances. 

  • We offer a client loyalty scheme which allows you to earn points on everything you spend with us which can then be redeemed against future treatments. Earn extra points by introducing a friend.
